Next to the farmhouse, where the agriturismo restaurant is located, is the original building of Villa Ulivello, dating back to the early 19th century, which for many years was the home of the noble family that owned the villa. This building, together with parts of the farmhouse, has been restored to create an agriturismo with rooms and apartments that can be adapted to the different needs of tourists and travellers.

In particular, the first floor of the villa is divided into six double rooms, some of which, the most spacious, can be converted into triple rooms with the addition of a single bed. The style of the furnishings is faithful to the period in which the villa was built, allowing guests to relive the atmosphere of the early 20th century. However, there is no lack of modern comforts. Each room has a private windowed bathroom with shower, air conditioning and internet connection.

The two apartments in the farmhouse next to the villa have a fully equipped kitchen, offering greater independence and the opportunity to try your hand at preparing some of the most popular dishes of the local cuisine.

As well as enjoying our cuisine and wine tasting without the need to drive home, guests at Villa Ulivello are free to explore the estate's extensive grounds and enjoy the Chianti countryside, with its typical alternation of vineyards, olive groves and woods. Exploring the surrounding countryside, it is easy to come across pheasants, hares or roe deer and sometimes the odd wild boar, porcupine or badger.

For those who wish to visit Florence, the farmhouse's proximity to the historic centre of the Tuscan capital, which can also be reached by bus, allows tourists to enjoy the wonders the city has to offer without spending too much time travelling.

Those arriving by car will find themselves in a strategic position to visit the most attractive places in Tuscany, thanks also to the proximity of the Firenze Sud and Firenze Impruneta motorway exits, just 6 km away.

Villages such as Greve in Chianti, Panzano or Impruneta with its historic kilns are just a few minutes away by car, Siena and San Gimignano are less than an hour away and Pisa, Lucca and Arezzo can all be visited in a day's drive.
